A clear checklist helps each visit focus on your priorities. Discuss cleaning for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and shared spaces, along with how you would like the property presented for arriving guests.
Plan around guest departures and arrivals
Send your preferred cleaning window, access instructions and booking schedule when requesting service. We will confirm availability and the agreed tasks before the visit. Tell us promptly if your schedule changes.
Confirm linen and restocking requirements
Need linen changes or supplies replenished? Include those requirements in your enquiry so we can confirm whether we can accommodate them, what you need to provide and any additional charges. Laundry and purchasing supplies should be agreed separately.
